A Reference Kit includes 4 individual USPS Priority shipping boxes, each with pre-paid return shipping labels already applied. These are the Sample Submission Packs.
Inside each of these Sample Submission Packs are empty sample bottles. Simply fill the sample bottles with your aquarium water, re-pack them into the Sample Submission Pack, and drop it in the mail.
USPS Priority offers 2-3 day delivery to our facility from most locations in the continental US. We are commited to processing your sample within 24 hours of arrival and sending you the detailed analysis via e-mail. This analysis includes an accurate value for all 14 essential parameters and suggestions from a marine biologist for each parameter based on your results.
Your Reference Kit includes four of these Sample Submission Packs that can be sent in whenever you like to receive four individual full panel reports. Subscription services are available to offer a discount to those whom will be submitting a sample for analysis monthly or weekly. You would receive a new Reference Kit containing four Sample Submission Packs at regular intervals, according to your subscription level.
