As we continuously improve our service to ensure accuracy and timeliness we made some changes to our offerings. We discontinued the monthly and weekly subscriptions and added a number of different Test Kits. All Test Kits will expire after 1 (one) year from the date of reception by our customers. Shipping costs and return labels are still included in the price for customers within the United States.
We are still proud to offer our services for customers outside the United States. The only difference being that customers will be responsible for shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Each Test Kit comes with an USPS Priority shipping box, a pre-paid return-shipping label already applied and with two empty sample bottles. Simply fill the sample bottles with your aquarium water, re-pack them into the supplied shipping box and drop it in the mail.
USPS Priority offers a 2-3 day delivery to our facility from most locations in the continental U.S. We are committed to process your sample within 48 hours of arrival and provide you with the detailed analysis via e-mail. This analysis includes an accurate value for all 14 essential parameters and suggestions from a specialist, for each parameter based on your results.
Each Test Kit can be sent back to us at any time. We would also like to ask you to avoid the use of permanent markers for marking the bottles, as we rinse, sanitize, and re-use the bottles. Aquarium Water Testing is committed to be an environmental friendly company. Please, if you have any special instructions, include a note in the box with the samples.
In the very near future we would like to provide our customers with weekly or monthly history report for trending analysis, via e-mail.
