After processing your order, we’ll express ship out customized AWT bottles for you to fill up and send back to us. Once received, your samples go through a detailed 13+ test to determine any problematic levels. We’ll provide you with a detailed report along with some helpful tips, tricks, product recommendations and other comments to help you improve your aquarium’s water.
